The Directory Circle is the foundation of the HΞRA Registry. It allows all Greek-letter organizations to list their name, colors, and symbols publicly, ensuring visibility and legitimacy across the SL Greek community. No application or fee is required. This tier is designed for recognition, networking, and community discovery.

Tier II – The Guardian Circle

Application Required | Verified Protection

The Guardian Circle provides official verification and brand protection for established organizations. It safeguards your org’s name, logo, and creative identity while offering access to dedicated CSR support, dispute resolution, and select HΞRA-sponsored events. This tier is ideal for organizations focused on credibility, structure, and growth readiness.

Tier III – The Ascendant Circle

L$2,000/month | Prestige & Exclusivity

The Ascendant Circle is HΞRA’s elite membership tier, reserved for organizations that embody excellence and legacy. Members receive full CSR protection, promotional features, and priority access to HΞRA events, land, and resources — including a storefront office and Greek org housing on HΞRA Land. Exclusive perks include a monthly raffle for membership discounts, bi-monthly L$3,500 event grants, and HΞRA x Org Merch Collaborations. This tier represents the highest level of prestige within the Registry.

  • Each tier offers a different level of recognition and access.

    • Tier I (Directory Circle) provides free visibility and a public listing in the Registry.

    • Tier II (Guardian Circle) verifies your organization’s authenticity and protects your brand.

    • Tier III (Ascendant Circle) includes all previous benefits plus land perks, storefront access, custom portal features, and exclusive funding and merch incentives.

  • Yes! Organizations can upgrade at any time. Simply contact a CSR through the HΞRA Discord support ticket system to request a tier upgrade. Your membership will be reviewed, and once approved, your benefits will update automatically.

  • Pre-Registration is designed for new or developing organizations that are under one year old on the SL grid.
    You’ll receive a reserved listing and brand protection while you grow. Once your org reaches its one-year milestone, you can apply for official Registry verification and select your membership tier.

  • Tier III members receive premium benefits such as:

    • Exclusive storefront office space on HΞRA Land

    • Greek org housing (as available)

    • Unlimited event space access (with booking)

    • Priority event booth selection

    • Custom org portal on the HΞRA website

    • Monthly raffles for membership discounts

    • Bi-monthly L$3,500 event funding grant

    • HΞRA x Org Merch collaborations

    This tier is ideal for elite organizations ready to ascend in visibility and influence.

  • Every Tier III org is automatically entered into the monthly membership raffle, where one org will win 10%, 20%, or 100% off their next month’s membership fee.
    Additionally, bi-monthly event funding grants (L$3,500) are awarded to one Tier III organization to help support their next major event or fundraiser.

  • HΞRA values professionalism and accountability.
    If an organization becomes inactive, it may be moved to inactive status until reactivation.
    Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal depending on severity.
    Our CSR and Mediation Team will always review issues fairly and provide opportunities for correction when possible.
